Job descriptionA recognized degree in Accountancy or Banking & Finance. At least 5 years of private equity / investment banking experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good transaction execution skills. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Good finance and accounting skills; high quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Ambitious, driven and take initiatives to get things done. High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. Knowledge of South East Asia private equity market is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate potential transactions.
- Support in developing business cases.
- Run financial models.
- Assist in formulating proposal of deal structures.
- Manage post-transaction integration matters.
- Conduct due diligence.
- Ensure all documents are prepared and submitted on time.
