Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and special functions.
• Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and presentation in dining areas.
• Conduct staff scheduling, attendance checks, and performance reviews.
• Maintain service quality and consistency in line with company standards.
• Prepare shift and operational reports for management.
