Electrical Project Manager / Engineer - D12 Balestier, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Report directly to Project Director on budgeting, schedules, materials, resources related to the project
• Must be able to execute project independently from start to end (with minimal supervision)
• Maintain adequate project documentation and ensure that all tender submissions comply with project specifications
• Manage the day-to-day site operations
• Work with suppliers, vendors, main and sub-contractors as well as other external vendors necessary to ensure that deadlines are met
• Liaise with clients and manage expectations
• Ensure resources and manpower are sufficient
• Develop and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Other duties as assigned
