Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you! You will be working with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities (TA)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Manage high volumes of recruitment activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely feedback to candidates.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and data-driven insights to the HR team
Job Requirements
Qualifications : Applicants must have completed a Local diploma or a Bachelor's degree in human resourcesMinimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fintech or financial services industriesSkills and Attributes : - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, with familiarity in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boardsGenuine enthusiasm and interest in the investment and financial industryAble to work independently while also contributing effectively to a teamRequired to support both front and middle operationsPerks & Benefits
