Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Supports the day-to-day operations of the building / condominium.
• Assist the Building / Condominium Manager to oversee the office administration and ensure they are with accordance to standard operating procedures / handbook.
• Handles inquiries, feedbacks, correspondence relating to the designated property
• Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the designated property.
• Ensure designated contract works / routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract’s agreement.
• Assist with reviewing of service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
• Execute tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws
• Coordinate vendor meetings, council meetings and general meetings.
• Assist in preparation of circulars / notices for designated property’s notice board(s).
• Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor / Management
