Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and grow revenue in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and digital solutions sector (e.g., software development, IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and present proposals, quotations, and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Provide regular business reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.Strong understanding of IT products and services such as software solutions, digital transformation, or managed services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsPreferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or enterprise-level clients.Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, IoT, and Cybersecurity.Familiar with tendering and contract management processes.Employment Benefits
