Venue Operations Executive - D09 Cairnhill, Orchard, River Valley, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

ACC EduHub is a vibrant training and event space in Orchard catering to corporate clients, educators, and public workshops. We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded Venue Operations Executive to ensure our spaces are always client-ready, clean, and professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with clients to understand event or training room setup requirements (e.g. layout, AV, materials)
• Set up and rearrange event spaces — including tables, chairs, and AV equipment — according to client specifications
• Usher and guide clients to their allocated rooms
• Pack and prepare training equipment for internal and external classes
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, including vacuuming and clearing bins
• Monitor the space throughout the day to ensure readiness and cleanliness
• Liaise with cleaners, vendors, and building management when needed
• Support basic administrative tasks such as logging usage and updating booking records
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager
