Roles & Responsibilities
1) To effectively and efficiently manage financial management, financial accounting, budgeting and financial targets of the required daily / weekly / monthly duration that are in line with Company's vision and to minimise costs when possible and to ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times.
(2) To consolidate staff's work - to key in Account Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), to prepare and issue cheque payment, to post to General Ledger (GL), file and sort documents
(3) To assist in preparation of GST Submission and Income Tax submission
(4) To prepare Statements of Accounts
(5) To prepare monthly P&L
(6) To be in charge of yearly financial audits and to liaisie with auditors
