Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong customer relationships; conduct needs assessments. Provide technical consultation and solutions aligned with customer goals. Identify, develop, and secure new leads within assigned territory. Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, quotations, and proposals. Promote company service capabilities and drive service sales. Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and follow-ups. Coordinate with engineering and service teams for smooth project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors. Share customer insights with product and marketing teams. Represent the company at trade shows and seminars locally and overseas. Educate and train customers / internal teams on equipment features and maintenance. Support management with ad-hoc tasks as required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) or related field; Diploma holders considered. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales engineering, preferably in equipment sales / service. Strong knowledge of vacuum pump technology or similar equipment. Proficiency in technical sales and solution design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive mindset. Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia (30–40%).
