RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic co-production opportunities that support Mediacorp's content and audience goals.
• Cultivate, expand, and manage relationships with international and regional broadcasters, production studios, streaming platforms, and content creators.
• Understanding of production processes, from development to delivery, to facilitate smooth workflow and communication between internal production teams and external partners, ensuring all parties are aligned on creative vision, delivery timelines, and budgetary expectations.
• Collaborate with internal producers, legal, finance, and marketing teams to support deal development, execution and delivery.
• Negotiate co-production deal terms, including financial structure, rights allocation, scheduling, and deliverables.
• Monitor and track co-production project progress to ensure key milestones, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met.
• Stay informed on global media trends, emerging content formats, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Represent Mediacorp at industry markets, festivals, pitch forums, and conferences to pitch content and foster new partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end project administration, including budgeting, reporting, and contractual compliance.
