As an Senior /

Assistant Manager (Operations) , you will be responsible for the

following duties :

Oversees and be responsible for the daily

operations.

Lead and manage the clinical and

operations staffs.

Provide and maintain the

high standard of service quality and clinical quality.

Develop the business and submit the reports on a timely

manner.

Ensure the business objectives and

targets are met.

Attend to feedbacks and

complaints.

Investigate and implement

corrective and preventive actions.

Handle the

procurement of products and services with effective cost savings

management.

Requirements :

Possess

5 years of experience in healthcare sector.

Good interpersonal and communication

skills.
