Roles & Responsibilities

• Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Relevant experience working in Shipping or Freight Forwarding Companies will be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
• Handle Booking, shipment coordination & documentation of export sea freight shipments.
• Attend to email correspondence with local / overseas customers, principal & overseas agents.
• Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.
• Attention to details with excellent organization skills.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
