• The professional QS shall support staff to support the maintenance and project works function
• Verification of quotation and star rate with proper price assessment
• Analyzing existing budgets and making improvements
• Reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates
• Negotiating with various contractors and vendors
• Building relationships with clients and site managers
• Liaising with clients to identify their needs
