Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements :

Able to work in a non-aircon environment
Able to travel to multiple sites
Able to carry load up to 20-24Kg
Able to work in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient deployment of manpower resources.

Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.

Supervise and train operational staff to maintain high standards of performance.

Implement and improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Monitor and manage workforce schedules, ensuring optimal utilization.

Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain qualified manpower.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement.
