Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations arrangement, responsible for enforcing Company Policies and Procedures within the office.
- Performs routine administrative duties, update, maintains data and records in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner. Serves as backup to other office personnel as needed.
- Assists visitors with information or referrals. Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers and clients.
- Orders, ships and receives supplies and equipment; stocks, organizes, and maintains materials for efficient accessibility. Performs monthly inventory control and reconciles.
- Creation and preparation of replenishing orders, releasing for pick and place to 3PL, tracking of progress until goods issue.
- To carry out quality and final inspection checked and ensure that all items are clearly labelled and storing, correctly located at the segregated areas.
- Keep track of the inventory situation and actively reports the products status, especially for out-of stock or high inventory.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory level, tracks orders and investigate problems. Performs monthly inventory control and reconciles, assist with monthly stock taking.
- Ad-hoc duties allocated by Operations Manager.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent, minimum 5 - 7 years working experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Proven work experience as an Operations Executive, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Good Interpersonal skills, with exceptional analytical, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats.Meeting dfferent expectations , and being able to predict, understand and manage own and others’ emotions is the key part of successful communication.Possess good working attitude , reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful and self-motivated.Positive, proactive with strong organizational skills, a bility to prioritize work, meticulous and attention to details and high accuracy of work, result oriented focus.A great problem solver , ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Discretion, integrity and loyalty, coupled with trustworthiness and reliability in all communications regarding the supervisor or the company in handling sensitive and confidential information.Multitasking skills, able to meet many deadlines that demand immediate attention. Able to handle multiple tasks and challenges at once.Resourcefulness to make the impossible possible by anticipating and taking appropriate action and using all the available resources at hand to find the best solution.Ability to be a team player , works effectively with various levels within an organization, including senior-level leadership, professionals and staff and quickly build relationships.Tell employers what skills you have
