Operations Executive
- Handling brand’s customer liaison– manage and reply to queries
- Reaching out to our current database of clients to keep them updated on current campaigns
- Coordinate and Prepare performance statistics for monthly meeting
- Office management – courier liaison (international and domestic)
- Inventory and stocks management
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the company
- Order fulfilment and logistics planning
- Good command of English Language - verbal and writing
- A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
