Logistic Officer | East | Night shift-5 days | Salary up to $2900 - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading MNC in the Logistics & SCM sector, Logistic Officer, Coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and ensure timely deliveries. Liaise with customers / transporters, maintain accurate records, and improve logistics processes. Report discrepancies and support efficient operations.

Logistics Officer (Night Shift) – SCM

Location : East | 🕒 Shift : 5 Days, 8 : 30PM – 6 : 15AM

Duration : 12-month Contract

Salary : Up to $2900 / month

Responsibilities :

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; ensure items match shipping documents and report any damages.
• Accurately record and maintain all shipment documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders (DO).
• Pick and pack stock from warehouse shelves to fulfill orders and prepare them for delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels; restock shelves when necessary and place orders for low or depleted items, including packing and shipping materials.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to promptly resolve any cargo or delivery issues.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate stock handling.
• Supervise and lead the receiving team, ensuring proper workflows and high performance.
• Train new warehouse staff and maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (Forklift license is an advantage).
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety and operational standards.
