Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor's degree in health-related fields such as Nutrition, Public Health, Psychology, Health Science, or relevant fields Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and wellness coaching Certification in health coaching or a related field is a plus Passion working with youths, children and parents Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using digital platforms for virtual coaching sessions Empathetic, non-judgmental, and able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions to assess clients' health status, identify goals, and develop personalized health management plans.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other health-related areas to promote overall well-being.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, offering continuous support, motivation, and adjustments to health management plans as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- Support in other ad hoc assignments as assigned.
