Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant / food service area to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and guide service staff, assign duties, and ensure high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; assist in ordering and stock control.
• Train new staff on service procedures, customer service, and company policies.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing manpower needs.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with cashiering when necessary.
