Job descriptionRecognized professional qualification in Architecture and / or Interior Design Relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality or Mixed-Use Development projects will be an added advantage Proven track record of completing deliverables to a high standard FF&E Knowledge or experience is essential Conceptualise and render 3D perspectives, generate layout plans Strong design and presentation skills Strong in narrative & story telling Ability to support liaison with Clients and extract briefing information Competent in Photoshop and Sketch Up. Will be an advantage if competent with 3D rendering softwares i.e. 3D Max or Viz & Lumion

- Handles projects from concept to handover
- Creates and prepares detailed plans, specifications and layout
- Able to work closely with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and relevant authorities
- Able to present to clients on design, materials, drawings progress and layout
- Able to mentor and guide junior staff and a team player
