We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities across our ongoing and upcoming projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality construction works — safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role

As a Construction Manager , you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, and ensuring that all construction works meet project specifications and safety standards. You will be a critical part of the leadership team, driving project execution and fostering a culture of excellence on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work according to milestones
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies and practices
• Resolve site issues and provide effective technical and logistical solutions
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards
