• Aims to enhance team productivity and optimize business processes.
• The role involves leading continuous improvement of backend systems to drive efficiency and growth.
• Lead the BPR team in developing and improving backend systems.
• Review existing processes to identify and implement enhancements.
• Design efficient and user-friendly workflows that meet business needs.
• Work with different departments to deliver solutions that boost productivity and accuracy.
• Keep up with new technologies and best practices in process improvement.
