YOUR EXCITING

ROLE

Leadership

& Operations :

Spearhead

daily FOH operations alongside our Head Chef.

Mentor and develop staff in authentic Japanese dining etiquette and

service excellence

• Drive sales performance

through strategic upselling and exceptional guest

experiences

Wine & Sake

Excellence :
• Curate and

recommend premium wine & sake selections to elevate guest

dining

• Design and execute wine-pairing

experiences and exclusive tasting events

• Build

expertise in Japanese sake traditions and international wine

knowledge

Business

Management :

• Optimize inventory

management and implement cost-control

strategies

• Analyze sales reports and identify

growth opportunities

• Champion seasonal menu

launches and promotional campaigns

• Resolve

guest feedback with professionalism and cultural

sensitivity

✨ WHAT MAKES YOU

PERFECT

Professional Foundation :

Professional Certificate or equivalent

qualification

• 2-3 years restaurant management

experience (Japanese cuisine strongly

preferred)

• Wine & sake knowledge (WSET

certification highly valued!)

Leadership Excellence :

• Proven

team leadership and staff development

abilities

• Outstanding communication and guest

relations skills

• Sharp problem-solving mindset

with cultural awareness

• Food safety

certification (advantageous)

Personal Qualities :
• Non-smoker

preferred for optimal guest interaction

Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and public

holidays

• Passion for Japanese culture and

premium dining experiences

Employment Details

Salary : SGD

$3,500 - $3,800 / month

Work Week : 5.5 days,

shift-based including weekends & PH

Location : Tanjong Pagar,

Singapore
