Senior Manager, Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and detail-oriented Fund Controller to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence across our managed funds. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Reporting : Lead the preparation and review of periodic financial and management reports for funds under management. Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Regulatory Compliance & Audit Management : Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements. Oversee the monitoring of financing covenants and manage audit processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Stakeholder & Service Provider Management : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including management, investors, auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators. Manage service providers to ensure high-quality financial reporting and operational support.
• Policy Development & Internal Controls : Design, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard fund assets, ensure data integrity, and optimise cash management.
• Investment & Transaction Support : Support investment and divestment activities, including review of transaction documents, execution coordination, and accounting treatment discussions with auditors and stakeholders.
