Bring ACMV systems to life with precision and innovation.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Use BIM (Revit / AutoCAD) to develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve design issues and clashes with other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Prepare and manage technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV works.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with BIM Execution Plans , project workflows, and Singapore BIM Guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.
