Job descriptionIdentify new commercial opportunities to expand market reach. Develop and implement plans for increasing sales, market share and profitability. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, clients, and other stakeholders. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop integrated strategies that align distribution channels with promotional efforts. Ensure that distribution strategies support overall brand positioning and marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine distribution strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Use insights to anticipate changes in demand and adjust distribution efforts accordingly. Develop and manage Division’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets. Track KPIs and financial metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of distribution strategies. Lead organizational employees, fostering a positive and collaborative culture that reflects the company's values and mission. Develop and guide a high-performance team in alignment with company strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is required. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum 15 years of solid experience in commercial distribution with prior underwriting and broking leadership roles In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and distribution models across various channels Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives with significant experience in a leadership or senior management role. Exceptional people development and leadership qualities with an ability to provide clear roles and direction. Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decisions. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with partners and stakeholders, and also among internal functions and regionally teams. Ability to concisely articulate complex ideas and proposals in a senior management setting. Result-driven, constantly seeking to challenge existing norms and achieving organizational objectives. Strong understanding of business financials, able to deliver results within financial parameters. Familiar with the latest trends and regulations and be able to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Ability to articulate & communicate well is necessary.
