Digitalisation Consultant / Manager (Business Analyst)

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a digital innovator to create of IT-enabled business capabilities to support the institution’s digital transformation and data strategies. Act as a business analyst to work closely with the business users to articulate business requirements, perform user acceptance test and handle issue management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and process improvements, supporting the delivery of effective digital solutions.
• Operates with responsibility for project delivery and stakeholder engagement at the functional and cross-functional team level.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and user-focused.
• Apply structured methodologies such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Customer Journey Mapping, and User Experience Design to facilitate the development of IT-enabled business capabilities.
• Value-add to business users by providing advice on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, reviewing and improving their work processes
• Support change management initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies.
