Project Manager (Infrastructure) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and resource needs.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Lead vendor selection and procurement activities (RFP / RFQ), including evaluation and contract oversight.
• Coordinate technical implementation with infrastructure, security, database and operations teams.
• Track progress, surface risks and issues early, and drive remediation plans.
• Manage third-party vendors : assign work, monitor deliverables and enforce SLAs.
• Prepare and present status reports and recommendations to project governance bodies.
• Ensure projects follow established PM frameworks, controls and documentation standards.
• Oversee cutover and transition activities to operations, including knowledge transfer and runbooks.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations across business and technical teams.
