Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Assistant to manage product demand and oversee key administrative functions.
This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, inventory monitoring, and the execution of operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and manage demand requirements, ensuring accurate and timely information capture
- Maintain and update operational reports including the Master Schedule, SIM card inventory, and terminal fulfillment trends
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability for terminals, SIM cards, accessories, consumables, and spare parts to support uninterrupted operations
- Proactive in identifying any gaps between stakeholder demand and optimizing fulfillment planning
- Identify and mitigate supply risks using data-driven forecasting insights to ensure service continuity
- Execute periodic inventory processes such as write-offs, disposals, and reconciliations in compliance with company policies
- Manage documentation and tracking of Work Orders, Delivery Orders, and Indent Forms to support operational efficiency and audit readiness
- Handles ad-hoc tasks efficiently when necessary
Requirements
Higher Nitec or DiplomaStrong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders across functionsResourceful, meticulous, and well-organized; capable of working independently and coordinating efficiently with multiple teamsProficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot TableTell employers what skills you have
