Job descriptionAssist in performing documentation checks to ensure consistency and compliance Engage with customers in person, via telecommunication, or email Maintain accurate records and process loan applications efficiently Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in the moneylending industry Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company objectives N-Level or above (no prior experience in the moneylending industry required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in English (both spoken and written) Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 off day Numerate and meticulous in handling documentation Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google services Basic knowledge of computing Diligent, responsible, and a strong team player

Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM
