Job Description & Requirements
This candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating of the company's financial and accounting activities; ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to the Management; and performing general adminstrative work.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform financial and management accounts related activities such as book-keeping and the preparation of reports pertaining to GST, company tax and other related documents for external auditor.
- Reconcile and monitor cash activity; preparing of payment vouchers, claims and reimbursement etc.
- Conduct daily sales check, input sales figures, salesman commission and product incentives.
- Prepare monthly sales report for individual outlet and individual saleman.
- Provide administrative support to business operation activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, shopping malls and other relevant stakeholders.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
A recognized Degree or Diploma in Accounting.Minimum 3 years of accounting or related working experiences. Need to possess good understanding of accounting and financial related tasks such as AP / AR. Woking experiences in retail companies / industry would be advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - words, Excel, etc.Communicating and liaising with Mandarin-speaking salesmanIndependent and able to work with minimum supervision.Possess an inquisitive and positive mindset and is detailed and task-oriented.Willing to work night shift / Ovetime.Singaporean or SPR only.Interested applicants, please send in your full resume with expected salary to info@owellbodycare.com
