Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Upload / process trades after market closure (all markets).
• Resolve trade issues before exchanges’ cut-off time.
• Perform trade amendment.
• Maintain brokerage / commission rate setup in back office system.
• Maintain instrument data in back office system.
• Reconcile trades.
• Liaise with foreign brokers on trade-related matters.
• Post journal entries into the back office system.
• Involve in BCP (Business Continuity Plan), PPM (Policy & Procedure Manuals) updates and back office-related system projects.
• Cover Futures Team’s evening shift, as required :
• Handle daily customers’ funds movements.
• Retrieve trade files from various exchanges (SGX, JPX and HKFE), upload and process them in the CTMS system.
• Perform close out in CTMS and in exchange’s platform.
• Submit position reporting to SGX before 10am on the following business day.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
