📌 (Senior) Associate Executive – Comm

Join a passionate communications team in a fast-paced healthcare environment! We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support a wide range of admin, logistics, and communications-related tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Handle procurement (raising requests, processing invoices)
• Manage office admin : filing, equipment records, shared drive housekeeping
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Support corporate branding (e.g. name cards, corporate gifts, collaterals)
• Help with on-site projects like poster updates, wall murals, TV screens (some after-hours work may be needed)
• Assist with volunteer programmes and corporate events
• Provide logistics support for visits and events
