Roles & Responsibilities
Work Location : Outram (Govt Agency)
Working Hours : Mon to Fri Office Hours
Contract Position
Monthly Salary : up to $2500 per month
Job Scope :
- Assist programme manager in administrative duties
- Manage and follow up with enquiries received
- Assist with the monthly processing and raising of invoices and any matters relating to invoicing
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to seamlessly integrate translated content into marketing materials.
- Any other adhoc administrative duties
Requirements :
Diploma or above, preferably in business administrationMin 3 years of working experience preferably in Customer Care Management and / or Ops Admin ManagementGood customer service, communication, project management and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.Proficient in Pivot Table will be advantageous.Meticulous with good attention to detail.Able to work independently and be proactive.Interested candidates, kindly email your resume to : vivien.khaw@tg-hr.com
