Senior / Procurement Executive (semicon / automation)

Key Responsibilities :

Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally.

Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times; ensure on-time delivery.

Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.

Coordinate with suppliers on quality, specifications, and certifications.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize costs and project timelines.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

4+ years of procurement experience; semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Technical knowledge of machine components is a plus.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
