BIM Modeller / BIM Manager (Façade)

Create, develop, and update BIM models

from scratch or based on provided 2D CAD / PDF drawings.

Ensure model accuracy and detect conflicts between

different disciplines.

Produce and update

Revit-based plans, sections, elevations, and details for design

analysis, tender submissions, authority approvals, shop drawings,

fabrication, and as-built documentation.

Generate 3D centerline models for structural engineers to

support analysis.

Maintain and implement

company BIM standards, façade templates, content, and

libraries.

Perform other ad hoc duties as

assigned by the

Supervisor.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of façade design with proven experience

in BIM submissions to authorities.

Proficient

in Revit; knowledge of additional BIM software is an

advantage.

Well-versed in BIM worksets and

worksharing functions.
