Our client, a well-established marine services provider in Singapore, is seeking a Procurement Executive to handle the sourcing of both direct and indirect goods.

about the job

• Lead procurement initiatives focused on cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Prepare tender documents in compliance with the company's procurement policy and submit award recommendations for approval in line with the delegation of authority.
• Oversee pre- and post-contract activities to ensure agreements are established with critical suppliers, including timely initiation of contract renewal negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, fostering engagement for performance reporting and mutually beneficial collaboration.
