Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

• Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg : billing of lading, tax invoice and others)
• Sending pre-alert to overseas agents.
• Handle export permit and Certificate of Original application process.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / co-loaders to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
• Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
