Job descriptionMin Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Training provided Location : Robinson Road Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am - 5 : 30pm) Salary : up to $2800 Able to start work immediate or on short notice
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg : billing of lading, tax invoice and others)
- Sending pre-alert and manifest to overseas agents.
- Well verse in export permit and Certificate of Original application process.
- Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / co-loaders to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
- Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
