Job descriptionAn Integrated Logistics & Freight Solutions MNC Company Shipping Documentation & Arrangement : ≤ 2 years Diploma in Logistics and / or Supply Chain Management Basic knowledge of Bills of Lading, Custom Permits, shipping documents and arrange shipments Data entry of Inventory lists and Daily records list into the system Transferring data from two lists into billing templates Sorting, stamping, keeping records of each incoming DO Filing and administrating of Outbound Documentation BL manifest rearrangement into the requested format by client Backing up PIC in absence for arranging of in-out shipments, forwarding, transportation, freight planning will also be required, liaising with all suppliers and vendors for receive and collection and freight Proficient in Excel (advanced level) & Knowing Pivot Table is an advantage but not mandatory Only Singaporean / PR Need Apply Diligently and good time management Attention to details and Meticulous with numbers Ability to work independently
