Job Purpose

We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Management Trainees. This role is ideal for those eager to learn and grow into future restaurant leaders. You will receive structured, hands-on training in both service and kitchen operations, with clear progression into supervisory and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations (FOH & BOH)

• Learn daily opening and closing procedures
• Support kitchen operations and food preparation under guidance
• Assist service team in welcoming guests, taking orders, and using the POS system
• Uphold Japanese service etiquette and ensure a great dining experience

Requirements

🎓 Minimum Qualification Level : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

💼 Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year of F&B or customer service experience an advantage

🔥 Passion for Japanese cuisine and restaurant management

💪 Willing to learn, energetic, and hands-on

🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

📅 Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Employment Details

💰 Monthly Salary Range : SGD $3,000 – $4,000

🕐 Work Schedule : 5.5-day work week, shift-based (including weekends & PH)

📍 Location : 84 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088505
