• To be well-informed in administrative matters of tenants
• Conduct daily sales and audit checks
• Provide on-job training and plan duty rosters
• Ensure the respective outlets to adhere to the hygiene SOP
• Ensure outlet maintenance
• Ensure accuracy in inventory stocks check
• To take note of the customers' preferences and report to Head
