Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day activities of CBM projects in the APAC region for Qualitrol business, supporting multiple instrument-based monitoring solutions for electrical T&D, O&G, and Industrial projects.
- Ensure timely project delivery, meeting all milestones for successful closure.
- Interact and support functional groups like sales, quotations, operations, purchasing, and field services.
- Provide regular project updates to the APAC Sales team on progress and issues needing support.
- Act as CBM technical project expert, offering technical / commercial support to APAC CBM Application Engineers and Sales teams during bidding stages (as needed) to secure new CBM business.
- Interface with customers across over 60 countries to meet technical specs and ensure timely delivery of hardware and docs.
- Manage day - to - day operations of CBM project backlog : assign tasks, set priorities, monitor progress.
- Ensure projects are on - time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance project management process efficiency / effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to align with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal / regulatory project management requirements.
- Develop and maintain project databases and documentation.
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, schedules.
- Monitor and control project risks, issues, changes.
- Provide training and professional development for project managers.
- Give regular updates to regional management on project progress / challenges.
- Offer commercial / technical project support to regional Sales and CBM AEs to boost new project success.
- Collaborate with other departments to align projects with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry project management trends / best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field; MS degree preferred.Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally in technical customer service / commercial operations; preference for utility T&D, Distribution or Power Generation industry experience.Excellent organizational, leadership skills; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of IT, communication protocols; comfortable with instrumentation and basic programming tools.Proven track record in influencing, engaging, motivating colleagues and customers.Excellent communication skills; ability to build / maintain client / stakeholder relationships.Problem - solving and advanced troubleshooting skills for technical / process issues.Experience with CRM case management preferred.About Qualitrol
