Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients on all site matters.
- Attend site meetings with the main contractor and other stakeholders.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety and project requirements.
- Plan and arrange manpower, materials, and equipment for site activities.
- Report site progress, issues, and updates to the office and Project Manager.
- Assist in scheduling, inspections, and resolving site-related problems.
- Ensure all site works are carried out safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant site coordination experience in the construction industry.Fresh graduates holding a diploma or construction-related certificate are encouraged to apply.Good communication and teamwork skills.Able to work independently and handle multiple site activities.Familiar with site safety practices and coordination procedures.Tell employers what skills you have
