- Operational Management : Assist in managing day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Staff Supervision : Oversee and train food and beverage personnel, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational policies.
- Customer Service : Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Inventory Control : Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, conducting stock takes, and minimizing waste.
- Menu Development : Assist in creating and updating menus, considering seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Financial Management : Monitor financial transactions and budget adherence, including payroll management and cost analysis.

Skills & qualification :
