Job descriptionWork closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure all hotel guests receive timely and courteous service. Respond to guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and politely. Understand guest preferences to provide services that meet their needs. Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities, functions, and current tourist information. Maintain professional, courteous relationships and clear communication with all hotel staff. Handle any additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.
Roles & Responsibilities
Hotel Guest Service Executive
Basic Salary : $2800 - $3200
- 5 days work week
- 3 shifts rotating
- 9.5hrs per shift, 45mins break
- meal allowance, upselling incentives and Performance Bonus
Working Location : (Chinatown)
