Lead Global

& Regional Application Strategy : Guide the

complete lifecycle of application development projects. You will

lead change management and global application

projects

Lead &

Mentor : Managing a high-performing team of

Application Support and software Engineers. Providing essential

mentorship, training, and performance

evaluations.

Ensure Operations efficiency :

Ensuring that application runs

smoothly

Orchestrate &

Resolve : Command the resolution of complex,

high-priority incidents. You'll be the calm in the storm,

coordinating cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps,

Infrastructure) to restore service swiftly and

effectively.

Communicate &

Influence : Build strong relationships with

stakeholders across the business. You'll translate complex

technical issues into clear business impact and provide data-driven

insights on application health, performance trends, and support

KPIs.

Skills and experience

required

As a successful

applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in

application / software development. Proven track record in managing

a team is required for this role. Strong expertise in Application

project management.

Proven track record in Cloud

such as Azure or AWS will be of added

advantage.
