Role overview :
We are seeking a seasoned and driven Strategic Sales Director with a hunter mindset to lead our banking partnerships and SWIFT integration efforts across the APAC region. This role is pivotal to our long-term strategy and requires someone with deep experience in selling to banks, a strong understanding of SWIFT, and the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships.
How you will create impact :
Drive new business : Identify and close high-value opportunities with banks and financial institutions across the region.
Maintain focus : Deepen engagement with our core network of banks while strategically expanding our footprint.
Lead complex sales cycles : Manage end-to-end sales—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
Build executive relationships : Engage directly with Strong C-level network and senior decision-makers within the banking sector.
Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure successful integration and delivery.
Represent the organisation : Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand and solutions.
Inform strategy : Provide market insights and feedback to shape our long-term regional approach.
