Job descriptionManage the overall operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency. Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely restocking. Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence. Establish and maintain high customer service standards across all locations. Address escalated customer complaints and implement strategies for improved satisfaction. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience. Recruit, train, and develop store managers and retail staff. Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback. Conduct team meetings to align on business goals, share updates, and recognize achievements. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and productivity. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and local laws. Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all stores. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail management, with experience managing multiple locations. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies. Proficiency in computer applications, including : Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail management software. CRM and inventory management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and customers. Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences. Multilingual proficiency is a bonus.
