Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Handling of car accident reporting related matters
- Manage customer expectations from accident reporting to vehicle repair completion
- Create repair estimates for damaged vehicles
- Communicate with insurance company / surveyors for claims
- Manage & coordinate with technician on repair plans
- To be able handle customer enquiry & phone calls
- Prepare quotation, sales order, purchase order, delivery order, invoicing
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by superior.
- Posses some insurance knowledge

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionMust possess at least O level, diploma or degreeGood communication skillsKeen in learningKeen to work in automotive industry.Job Highlights :
